Trellis Supported Housing has a number of specially prepared properties in the heart of the community of Weston-s-Mare.
Weston is a busy seaside town with all the usual facilities plus a pleasant beach area and easy access to beautiful countryside. Good bus and train services allow easy travel to Bristol, London, etc. Bristol airport is nearby.
Currently there are 23 bedrooms in four properties which all comply with national best practice and local regulations. Each property is centrally heated and has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, assessment room and group room. Each bedroom has a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hand basin and mirror as a minimum. Residents will be supplied with bedding. Access to bedrooms is restricted to those using the room. Staff will always knock before entering unless in an emergency.
Other facilities include:
• A payphone available for residents use.
• Laundry facilities.
• The kitchen is fully equipped.
• Each lounge has a TV with Freeview channels and DVD player.
• Some computing facilities including monitored internet access is provided.
• Residents have free access with their own key.
