Trellis Supported Housing accepts residents referred by agencies such as the Probation Service, Social Services, specialist drug / alcohol agencies and treatment centres. Several current residents self referred.

A preliminary application form may be downloaded and printed from here or phone, email for a copy to be sent to you.
We will then contact you to arrange an assessment session and for you to view the accommodation and perhaps meet some of the other residents.
Vacancies are not always immediately available is which case we can place you on a waiting list if you wish.
